Installation	Tailwind is web-based, on-demand "Software as as Service". Access is through your web browser. There is no software to download, install, upgrade, maintain, or worry about system compatibility.
Support	Unlimited email support - simply email support@tailwindfs.com and we will respond promptly.
Upgrades	Upgrades and improvements to the product you are subscribed to are included in the cost of the software.
Encryption	Tailwind uses 256-bit encryption to protect your data. (128-bit encryption is used for older web-browsers that cannot support 256-bit.)
Software Requirements	Microsoft® Internet Explorer 6 SP1 or above* ** Mozilla Firefox® 3 or above* (Windows and OSX) Apple® Safari 3 or above* (Windows and OSX) Google™ Chrome 3 or above* (Windows and OSX)
Internet Requirements	A broadband connection with speeds equal to or exceeding 500kbps download and 128kbps upload is recommended for a good user experience. While you can use the software with a slower connection, it may feel slow at times.
